Personal Experience
Since joining Synch SoftHQ in 2014, Amar has helped clients and led several bright minds in Android Department to meet Project requirements and Deadlines. He is an expert in managing UX and UI elements in Android app development. His solution-orientated nature always helps him to lead the team in a better way and think out of the box.
Amar is mostly introverted when it comes to publically speaking however, he spends most of the time interacting with people in his comfort zone. He loves trying new implementations and doing R&D which makes him a technological aware person in the team.
Early Years
He is a pro in android app development with a diversified wealth of expertise that includes project analysis, estimation, delivery, process improvements, execution, and integration, as well as project management.
He is responsible for all delivery, operations, leading team and IT subjects in Synch SoftHQ. He is responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company projects — enabling growth, consistency, efficiency, and ensuring clients requirements.
Career Guidelines
Prior to joining Synch SoftHQ, he spent almost a year at FDS Solutions, where he held the role of network engineer managing networking and hardware level troubleshooting. Most recently, he was the leader of the Android Development Department in Synch SoftHQ.
