Personal Experience
Gayatri started her career with Synch SoftHQ in a managerial role where she has to manage accounts to some parts of development. With the growth in team members, she came up with excellence in managing organizational structure and handling accounts department maintaining the professional decorum of Synch SoftHQ. She later took the charge of Human Resource Department and actively worked as HR Manager for the company.
Gayatri is an excellent homemaker and a mother of 2 kids. She bears a persona of attracting everyone to listen to her and follow her advice.
Early Years
She was an engineering graduate before joining Synch SoftHQ and later joining the organization she is taking her academics to another level by pursuing an MBA side by side with her job.
She is responsible for accounts-related subjects, talent recruitment and management, and managing organization policies. she is responsible for the alignment of the organization’s revenue into place for proper sustenance, Employee welfare and the company’s budgeting for infrastructures.
